Te estamos buscando para unirte a nuestro equipo en Vidext¿Cuáles serán tus misiones?Gestionar el ciclo de vida del cliente (grandes cuentas), desde la incorporación inicial hasta las renovaciones y upsells.Ofrecer soporte y guía personalizados a los clientes para garantizar su éxito con la plataforma Vidext.Identificar proactivamente oportunidades de upsell y renovación.Crear y entregar recursos de contenido de video para clientes.Dar soporte a incidencias y comunicarlas al equipo técnico.Proponer mejoras continuas basadas en datos al equipo de Customer Success y al equipo de Producto.Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para garantizar una transición sin problemas.
