Role IntroductionThe Head of Career Services will shape and lead the career services function across a diverse student population, supporting learners at multiple stages of their academic and professional journeys. This role sits at the center of student outcomes, bringing leadership, structure, and strategic direction to career development for university, master's, MBA, and executive students.
What You'll Do
Lead the career services function across university, master's, MBA, and executive student populationsDrive career development support for students across a broad range of academic and professional programsProvide leadership and direction for career services activities and prioritiesOversee the delivery of career-focused support designed to serve students at different career stagesWhat You Bring10+ years of experience in Career DevelopmentBackground in a top business school, xqbhyrx technology school, or enterprise environmentDemonstrated ability to lead career services or career development initiativesExperience supporting diverse learner or professional populations across different program typesIf this sounds like the kind of leadership opportunity where you can make a meaningful impact, this role offers the chance to shape career outcomes at scale.
