Sobre el Puesto Impulsar el crecimiento del negocio B2B mediante la captación y desarrollo de relaciones estratégicas con empresas y colectivos, posicionando el catálogo académico de la Universidad Europea como referente en formación superior y corporativa. Funciones Diseñar, implementar y analizar estrategias comerciales orientadas al mercado B2B. Prospectar, identificar y abrir nuevos mercados y oportunidades de negocio. Presentar y comercializar el portfolio académico a empresas y colectivos profesionales. Reportar directamente al Manager de Sales Operations. Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de Admisiones. Coordinar acciones con equipos internos (Marketing, Académico, Atención al Cliente, entre otros). Requisitos Experiencia mínima de 5 años en ventas B2B y desarrollo de negocio. Valorable experiencia en el sector educativo o formación corporativa. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación con perfiles directivos y C-Level. Alta orientación al cliente, presencia profesional y sólidas competencias comerciales. Nivel de inglés mínimo B2 (C1 muy valorable). Manejo fluido de herramientas ofimáticas (especialmente Excel), Sales Navigator y CRMs. Perfil proactivo, resiliente, con iniciativa y capacidad de toma de decisiones. Motivación por crecer y desarrollarse en un entorno profesional dinámico y colaborativo. Habilidades Requeridas Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación. Orientación al cliente. Competencias comerciales sólidas. Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas. Habilidades Preferidas Experiencia en el sector educativo o formación corporativa. Nivel de inglés C1. Rango Salarial y Paquete de Compensación Contrato indefinido, con incorporación prevista en febrero de 2026. Modelo híbrido de trabajo (3 días presencial / 2 días remoto). Horario: Lunes a jueves: 9:00h a 18:30h, Viernes: 9:00h a 15:00h. Excelente clima laboral y equipo altamente colaborativo.
