e-work spa ricerca una figura di Customer Operations Agent per una realtà innovativa che opera nei servizi alle imprese e nella gestione dei benefit aziendali. Un ambiente dinamico, digitale e orientato alla qualità del servizio, dove il cliente è davvero al centro. Attività principali Gestione completa delle richieste dei clienti (customer service / post-vendita) Validazione contratti e configurazione clienti sui sistemi interni Welcome call e webinar per l'onboarding dei nuovi clienti Caricamento e verifica ordini, controlli su resi e fatturazione elettronica Gestione dei bonus previsti contrattualmente Monitoraggio SLA e supporto al miglioramento della customer experience Rispetto delle procedure di qualità, GDPR, ISO27001 e norme di sicurezza Requisiti Esperienza in customer service, post-vendita, back office o ruoli operativi Buone capacità organizzative e attenzione al dettaglio Ottima comunicazione con clienti interni ed esterni Conoscenza degli strumenti digitali e dei principali applicativi office Attitudine al problem solving e gestione delle priorità Orientamento al cliente e alla qualità del servizio Si offre : Contratto da dicembre 2025 al 31 agosto 2026. Orario full time dal lunedì al venerdì, 9 : 00-18 : 00 (pausa 13 : 00-14 : 00). RAL 25.000 euro + buoni pasto da 10 euro / giorno. Inquadramento 5° livello CCNL Pubblici Esercizi e Turismo. Presenza iniziale in sede; dopo la formazione possibilità di 1-2 giorni a settimana di smart working.
