• Lead, grow, and develop a team of 4–8 library engineers with coaching and mentorship
• Own team delivery and productivity, including planning, milestones, and reviews
• Collaborate with Product teams to reshape platform capabilities for cross-product needs
• Define and deliver industry-leading, open-source APM instrumentation with zero-touch integration
• Maintain strong technical judgment, uphold high quality standards, contribute code where impactful
• Foster cross-language alignment and drive stakeholder buy-in across language teams and backend Responsabilidades
• Experienced Engineering Manager with a track record of shipping
• Strong, empathetic leader who builds high-performing teams
• Ability to bridge product narratives and technical implementation
• Significant programming experience in one or more: Go, C, Rust
