Assistant/Associate Professor for the Industrial Management Department Tecnun – School of Engineering, University of Navarra. The school aims to contribute to the professional training, scientific and human development of future engineers, maintaining a balance between teaching, research and service to society. Job Description The Industrial Management Department seeks a tenured professor to begin in September 2026. The candidate will contribute to the university’s core tasks of research, education, and management. The role will comprise approximately 50% academic research, 40% lecturing, and 10% services and management. Responsibilities • Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the Industrial Management Department, with an annual teaching load of 16 ECTS and assistance in program development. • Maintain a strong research profile by publishing high‑quality papers in indexed journals and securing research funding through project proposals. • Contribute to department management and proper functioning. Requirements Hold a doctoral-level research degree (or expected to finish in 2026). Distinguished academic record with internationally excellent research and markers of academic recognition. Willingness to lecture on business administration and general management in Spanish and English to national and international students. Interest and knowledge in the identity, mission, and core values of the University of Navarra. Expected to join one of the three existing research groups of the department.
