Regional BDR Team Manager We are a leading provider of open source software and operating systems, delivering the Ubuntu platform to public cloud, data science, AI, engineering innovation, and IoT initiatives worldwide. As a Regional BDR Team Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of 2‑10 SDRs/BDRs, driving outbound and inbound lead generation, managing a multi‑million dollar pipeline, and cultivating high‑performing sales professionals. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 2‑10 SDRs / BDRs. Maintain and grow a multi‑million dollar pipeline. Develop, coach, and grow the skills and career of your team members. Implement innovative outbound strategies and adapt to market changes. Use data‑driven insights to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications Excellent academic results at school and university. Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business or STEM. Knowledge and passion for business development, sales and technology. Track record of achieving outstanding outbound sales development results. Commitment to continuous learning and improvement – curious, flexible, scientific. Creative problem solving and cross‑team collaboration. Leadership experience, in one form or another.
