With our newly launched Digital Delivery Hub in Málaga , we’re shaping a collaborative environment for product and engineering excellence.As Team Success Manager , you will be at the heart of this effort—leading agile delivery frameworks, onboarding new talent, and driving continuous team improvement. You’ll help product teams grow through well-structured rituals, clear performance metrics, and meaningful collaboration with client stakeholders.You’ll play a key role in building a strong team culture, ensuring smooth onboarding, and making sure delivery quality stays high as we scale. This is a high-ownership, people-first role with a direct impact on the success of FJX Tech’s partnerships.Responsibilities Guide teams through forming → norming → performing stagesMonitor & improve metrics (velocity, cycle time, burndown)Align with client expectations on OKRs delivery and improvementsMaintain employee engagement tracking, surveys, and action itemsDocument processes & best practices in Confluence/ NotionGuide new hires through onboarding, including structured 30- and 90-day check-ins .Mentor new hires / relocates by getting along with MálagaInitiate learning cohortsSupport learning & development with workshop scheduling and trackingContribute to the client’s strategy by reinforcing cultural themes such as “AI-first” mindset, remote collaboration, and employee empowerment.Requirements 4–6 years in Agile delivery rolesStrong facilitation & team coaching skillsBonus: experience with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT)What We Offer The chance to work with global brands and fast-scaling startupsA seat at the table — your voice matters and influences how we growFlexible working options with focus on outcomes, not hoursAccess to community-building events and international relocation projectsSupportive, ambitious teammates across Europe, MENA, and LATAM#J-18808-Ljbffr
