About the Role As an Electrical Project Manager, you will lead and deliver complex, multidisciplinary projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget whilst being supported by management, not micro-managed. Your leadership, expertise, and innovation will be critical to maintaining CES's reputation for exceptional deliverables. Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Own, manage and execute projects from inception to completion. Manage project start‑up, planning of resources required to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner. Managing scope and out of scope items, estimating variations, compiling project claims. Responsible for managing progress reports, comprehending the effects of the team's work practices on the project's profitability, and considering the impact of costs when making decisions and implementing changes. Drive commercial success through proactive project management, cost control, margin protection and risk mitigation. Utilise project and document systems including Aconex, Asite, and Simpro. Serve as a role model and proactively evaluate situations to identify potential issues, anticipating and mitigating the impact of ripple effects from seemingly simple problems. Establish an environment conducive to continuous team learning, provides opportunities for on‑the‑job training, and promotes ongoing improvement within project teams. Identify the necessary capabilities to achieve long‑term strategic objectives, enhance sustainable growth, and meet the needs of future clients. Exhibits a comprehensive understanding of factors impacting Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) conditions. Ensure compliance with HSEQ compliance requirements across all phases of delivery. Cultivate robust client relationships by actively understanding the needs of clients and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring their satisfaction at every stage. Inspire teams through leadership, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement. About You A minimum of 10 years' experience in project management within the electrical industry. Strong understanding of electrical systems, including power distribution, control systems, and instrumentation. Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and under budget. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to improve and implement engineering processes and procedures. C‑Class Manual Driver's Licence Tertiary qualification in Project Management, PMBOK highly regarded National Police Clearance & ability to pass a Pre‑Employment Medical Australian Working Rights Why Join CES?
