The position is also responsible for providing scientific and/or technical assistance to customers as well as identifying and forwarding sales opportunities. Responsibilities & Qualifications Anton Paar is an Austrian multinational company that develops and produces state-of-the-art laboratory and process instrumentation for research and industry since 1922. Anton Paar Spain is a well established growing team who develops the market for the Anton Paar products and services. Your responsibilities include: Providing technical support to customers via telephone and email.Performing on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs in assigned area (northeast)Evaluating malfunctioning instruments and preparing estimates for the cost of repair.Performing factory calibrations (ISO 17025, if required).Providing on-site training to the customers on proper use and maintenance of Anton Paar Instruments.Completing administrative tasks associated with the CRM Service module as to log all Support Ticket and Service Orders in the CRM Service.Taking responsibility for personal warehouse / stock.Forwarding sales opportunities to Sales Representatives when instruments need to be replaced.Attending all necessary Anton Paar service trainings for the relevant product lines.This position requires up to 60% overnight travel within Spain. Skills and qualifications you will need: 0-2 years experience in troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining analytical instruments.This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electric or Mechanical Engineering or another technical discipline.Ability to work with electronic schematics, test equipment, and repair tools.Good communication skills and strong customer service skills are a must for this position.Ability to work independently and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.Proactive, responsible and organized behaviour.Must maintain a valid driver's license.
