The Opportunity: Junior Field Technician Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Field Technician Engineer to join our team, providing essential on-site support to our key client in Spain. This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging professional to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology in a critical industry.

Position Purpose

As a Junior Field Technician Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of Entrust Central Issuance Systems (MX, MXD, and MXI) for our valued client. You will play a key role in maintaining operational continuity and customer satisfaction through dedicated on-site support.

Key Responsibilities- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on Entrust Central Issuance Systems (MX, MXD, and MXI) to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency.- Manage spare parts inventory, including processing orders and maintaining accurate stock levels to facilitate timely repairs and maintenance.- Contribute to the fulfillment of Oracle KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) by accurately tracking and reporting on Service Requests, ensuring data integrity and operational transparency.- Collaborate with senior technicians and support teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.- Maintain detailed records of all service activities, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and inventory movements.- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines during on-site operations.

**Qualifications**:
Required- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and Outlook, for reporting and communication.- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.- A strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a dynamic technical environment.

Preferred-
- Prior experience in a technical support, field service, or maintenance role.- Basic understanding of industrial machinery or the identity/transaction security industry.

Other Information- Travel Requirements: Less than 15% (primarily local travel within Spain)
