We're hiring aMarketing Manager at Bioxyto drive our wellness brand forward with fresh ideas and bold strategies. Join our growing, dynamic team in Madrid and help shape our growth in the health and wellbeing space. As the Marketing Manager you will lead marketing efforts for our innovative wellness products, from digital campaigns to brand storytelling. You'll work closely with the founders to boost visibility, engage customers, and scale our presence in a bilingual, international market. Bring your energy and passion to build something exciting from day one. #Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, content) to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. Create compelling bilingual content in English and Spanish for websites, ads, and social platforms. Analyse campaign performance using different tools and optimize for ROI with data-driven insights. Collaborate to align marketing with business goals and launch new initiatives. Manage budgets, partnerships, and events to expand our reach in the wellness sector. Contribute to the product development process (packaging, content...)Minimum 3 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in consumer goods, wellness, or startups.
