Job Description Role and Responsibilities Resolve assignments from Board, President, SDMD Head and Director of ICSR Line‑manage assigned Team Leads and support their teams Ensure effective line management in assigned teams (up to 15 direct reports/line manager spread globally) Review project resourcing and ensure proactive assignment to avoid/minimise backlogs Support Business Development and Proposals with any existing and new opportunities Support Team Leads with deviation management Review and approve all minor and major CAPAs from the ICSR Management Unit Support other departments, as agreed with Director of ICSR Work independently, with support from Director of ICSR Support the RA & PV Network Department as needed, including acting as the LCPPV (Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance) for the specified country and taking on the role of PRLS (Person Responsible for Local Screening) for the designated language, as agreed with line manager Qualifications Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing, or other healthcare related qualification or experience in pharmacovigilance Strong PV experience in ideally a CRO Previous line‑management experience leading a team Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills Excellent organisational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking Excellent management skills, including delegation skills, time and issue management Good team‑working skills English – fluent (spoken, written) Advanced literacy (MS Office) Additional Information We prioritise diversity, equity, and inclusion by creating an equal opportunities workplace and a human‑centric environment where people of all cultural backgrounds, genders and ages can contribute and grow.
