We cover all therapy areas including medical device, and invest in staff by providing an excellent training and development platform, valuing employee experience, well‑being and mental health, and acknowledging that a healthy work‑life balance is critical for employee satisfaction and high‑quality client service.Job Description Role and ResponsibilitiesResolve assignments from Board, President, SDMD Head and Director of ICSRLine‑manage assigned Team Leads and support their teamsEnsure effective line management in assigned teams (up to 15 direct reports/line manager spread globally)Review project resourcing and ensure proactive assignment to avoid/minimise backlogsSupport Business Development and Proposals with any existing and new opportunitiesSupport Team Leads with deviation managementReview and approve all minor and major CAPAs from the ICSR Management UnitSupport other departments, as agreed with Director of ICSRWork independently, with support from Director of ICSRSupport the RA & PV Network Department as needed, including acting as the LCPPV (Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance) for the specified country and taking on the role of PRLS (Person Responsible for Local Screening) for the designated language, as agreed with line managerQualificationsLife science graduate, pharmacy, nursing, or other healthcare related qualification or experience in pharmacovigilanceStrong PV experience in ideally a CROPrevious line‑management experience leading a teamExcellent communication (written and verbal) skillsExcellent organisational skills, including attention to detail and multitaskingExcellent management skills, including delegation skills, time and issue managementGood team‑working skillsEnglish – fluent (spoken, written)Advanced literacy (MS Office)Additional Information We prioritise diversity, equity, and inclusion by creating an equal opportunities workplace and a human‑centric environment where people of all cultural backgrounds, genders and ages can contribute and grow.
