We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect (Consultant) to define the detailed target architecture for a multi-country Genesys Cloud Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solution. Responsibilities Define end-to-end high-level and detailed target architecture for Genesys CCaaS (logical, functional, and technical views, including diagrams). Design scalable, multi-country architectures and country-by-country rollout roadmaps. Shape a scalable, compliant, and future-proof architecture, including a clear strategy for the integration and usage of AI capabilities (Genesys native AI and external enterprise AI platforms). Qualifications Proven experience as Enterprise or Solution Architect. Hands‑on experience in large‑scale, multi‑country Genesys Cloud (CCaaS) architecture design and implementations. Detailed design of Genesys Cloud (CCaaS). Strong understanding of cloud architecture, network design, APIs, and data integration patterns. English level C1 or higher (fluent – daily working language). Genesys Cloud certifications. Benefits Work on challenging projects for big clients.
