Our success comes from our investments in innovation, our focus on results, and, above all, the guarantee that our people will have happy and rewarding careers.The company currently has more than 950 professionals in the different areas in which it operates.We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect (Consultant) to define the detailed target architecture for a multi-country Genesys Cloud Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solution.This role is key to shaping a scalable, compliant, and future-proof architecture , including a clear strategy for the integration and usage of AI capabilities (Genesys native AI and external enterprise AI platforms). xsgfvud Define end-to-end high-level and detailed target architecture for Genesys CCaaS (logical, functional, and technical views, including diagrams)Design scalable, multi-country architectures and country-by-country rollout roadmapsProven experience as Enterprise or Solution ArchitectHands-on experience in large-scale, multi-country Genesys Cloud (CCaaS) architecture design and implementations.Detailed design of Genesys Cloud (CCaaS)Strong understanding of cloud architecture, network design, APIs, and data integration patternsEnglish level C1 or higher (fluent – daily working language)Genesys Cloud certificationsWork on challenging projects for big clients~ Access to continuous training and certifications~
