Our success comes from our investments in innovation, our focus on results, and, above all, the guarantee that our people will have happy and rewarding careers.The company currently has more than 950 professionals in the different areas in which it operates.We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect (Consultant) to define the detailed target architecture for a multi-country Genesys Cloud Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solution.ResponsibilitiesDefine end-to-end high-level and detailed target architecture for Genesys CCaaS (logical, functional, and technical views, including diagrams).Design scalable, multi-country architectures and country-by-country rollout roadmaps.Shape a scalable, compliant, and future-proof architecture, including a clear strategy for the integration and usage of AI capabilities (Genesys native AI and external enterprise AI platforms).QualificationsProven experience as Enterprise or Solution Architect.Hands‑on experience in large‑scale, multi‑country Genesys Cloud (CCaaS) architecture design and implementations.Detailed design of Genesys Cloud (CCaaS).Strong understanding of cloud architecture, network design, APIs, and data integration patterns.English level C1 or higher (fluent – daily working language).Genesys Cloud certifications.BenefitsWork on challenging projects for big clients.Access to continuous training and certifications.#J-18808-Ljbffr
