Overview

In this role you will define and govern scalable SQA strategies and embed test frameworks for high-quality embedded software on Radio IC and SoC products. You will influence cross-program quality practices and drive reusable automation across programs, ensuring end-to-end traceability and audit-ready evidence. You’ll lead CI/CD integration for automated validation and monitor quality metrics to reduce defects. This is a hands-on role with cross-functional collaboration across distributed teams, offering a meaningful impact on product reliability and release confidence.

Responsabilidades
  • Define, govern, and maintain SQA strategy and test framework architecture with end-to-end traceability and audit-ready documentation
  • Evolve reusable embedded software test frameworks, automation libraries, infrastructure, and toolchains
  • Enable standardization and reuse across programs; support functional, integration, system, regression, and continuous verification
  • Lead integration of test frameworks into CI/CD pipelines and define automated quality gates
  • Define and track quality metrics (coverage, defect rates, regression stability, CI health) and drive continuous improvement
  • Perform defect trend analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective/preventive actions
  • Act as SQA SME; influence system and software design for testability and quality
  • Lead audits, risk assessments, and change management to ensure adherence to quality criteria
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of ADI software development and quality processes
Requisitos principales
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Significant experience in embedded software testing and validation
  • Proven experience designing and implementing automated test frameworks
  • Proficiency in C/C++ and/or Python for test development
  • Strong experience with embedded systems, hardware/software interaction, and debugging
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git-based workflows) and test/defect management tools
  • Demonstrated ability to develop test strategies aligned to requirements and execute across the full software lifecycle
