Actualmente, estamos en búsqueda de un Sales Team Lead.
Nuestro partner, una start-up, con sede en Sant Cugat (Barcelona) y otra en Santa Cruz de Tenerife, cuenta con más de 150 empleados en poco más de 2 años, con presencia internacional y cuya aplicación, con IA, ofrece distintas técnicas de marketing y growth, con el objetivo de maximizar los beneficios a sus clientes (pymes).
Misión:
En dependencia del sales director, buscamos a un Sales Team Lead para unirse al equipo comercial. Serás responsable de coordinar a un equipo de asesores comerciales, siendo tu principal misión garantizar el cumplimiento de objetivos del mismo.
El Rol:

Gestionar un equipo de asesores comerciales.
Cualificar y asesorar a potenciales clientes sobre la forma más beneficiosa de mejorar el marketing digital de su empresa en base a su situación y necesidades, con el objetivo de que contraten los servicios de la empresa.
Realizar seguimiento a potenciales clientes hasta la contratación de los servicios.
Utilizar y mantener actualizado el software de gestión de relaciones con los clientes (CRM) para gestionar los clientes potenciales y las actividades de ventas.
Proporcionar feedback y proponer mejoras del proceso y discurso comercial.

Qué buscamos:

Experiencia de 2-3 años coordinando equipos comerciales.
Experiencia en ventas telefónicas.
Experiencia demostrable consiguiendo objetivos comerciales.
Altas competencias en software de gestión de relaciones con los clientes (CRM).
Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
Habilidad para construir y mantener relaciones con clientes potenciales.
Conocimientos en Marketing Digital.
Conocimiento de técnicas y estrategias de venta.
Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas y negociación.
Gestión del tiempo y habilidades organizativas.

Qué Ofrecemos:

Contrato indefinido.
Salario negociable en función de la experiencia (f+v).
Bonus basado en el cumplimiento de objetivos de tu equipo.
Oficinas en Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
Teletrabajo: 2 días a la semana.
Jornada intensiva todos los viernes del año.
