Junt@s, estamos construyendo un entorno donde todos prosperamos.Como Technical Support Specialist te unirás al equipo de GSSC realizando las siguientes funciones:Resolución y gestión de incidencias, escalando a niveles de soporte adicionales en caso de ser necesario.Soporte a usuarios.Gestión de peticiones.Despliegue de soluciones de software.Gestión de configuraciones.Generación de informes.Competencias técnicas:Preferentemente con Módulo de Grado Superior o Diplomado/Licenciado en Informática, Sistemas de la información o vertiente tecnológica.Imprescindible Nivel de inglés B2/C1 hablado y escrito.Nociones de conectividad y redes TCP/IP.Conocimientos en la administración de sistemas Windows. Muy valorables certificaciones oficiales.Habituado a trabajar con MS Office. Principalmente PowerPoint, Word y Excel.Valorables conocimientos básicos de programación con capacidad de desarrollar scripts sencillos.Muy valorable experiencia en la prestación de servicios basados en ITIL.Muy valorable el conocimiento de francés e idiomas adicionales.Competencias personales:Proactividad, iniciativa y autonomía.Capacidad de trabajar en equipo.Customer centric.
