OverviewPost Date: November 24, Number: WEBWW-- Job Function: Sales Location: Pais Vasco, Country: SpainAbout the PositionJob SummaryResponsible for sales, promotion, and technical support to the customers to guarantee the right performance of the Global Solutions.Focused on selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers and maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.Following the marketing actions provided by headquarters for the actual portfolio.Key AccountabilitiesPromote all Global Solutions assigned.Focus on "Value Selling" and towards the achievement of objectives.Perform demonstrations, build trust in our solutions, and generate confidence in our products.Keep clients updated on new techniques by providing product information and organizing special visits.Train customers and ensure correct performance of the Global Solutions.Follow up with clients looking for new opportunities for growth.Be aware of new tenders to be published in the next months.Control the level of service offered by the different departments of the Company in the assigned accounts.Responsible for a budget assigned and should look for business opportunities.Responsible for the technical interpretation of the tender documents and the preparation of the technical documents (in collaboration with PM, Product Specialist, BUM, and DD).Control the market price level and send the first offers/tenders proposal to the Managers.Comply with the Werfen Code of Ethics. Professionalism is a must, and he/she should always work with high standards of deontology and professional ethics.Register in CRM Fiori all contacts' names and addresses, all opportunities found in the market, main actions performed with customers, and maintain all information updated week by week.Search for information about the actions of the competition in the region.Resolve conflicts/problems that happen with customers fairly.Solve product incidents at the technical level in coordination with specialists from the Commercial Unit and the manufacturing companies.Installation of equipment in coordination with the Technical Service.Networking/Key RelationshipsThis position requires cooperating with division staff (DD, BUM, PM, etc.), technical service, and different company departments, mainly customer service, contracting, operations, and supply chain.Minimum Knowledge & Experience Required for the Position:Education: Preferably Mid-Higher education graduate from an accredited institution, preferably with a major in health-related fields. Preferably nursing.Experience:Preferable strong healthcare industry knowledge with a minimum of 5 years of work.Sales and marketing experience in the Spanish medical device market will be highly valued.Experience in Anesthesia, ICU, purchasing departments, surgery, or pneumology field will also be highly valued.Additional Skills/Knowledge:Driving licenseLanguages: Spanish and English level B2 or similar.Computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel,…).Skills & Capabilities:Team and individual working capacity: Self-organized, identifies and differentiates the issues that require prioritization, works efficiently with quality results. Works well under pressure.Market and product knowledge: Maintains professional and technical knowledge about the product lines and the market. Shows enthusiasm and passion for all the products of his Business Line. Conveys the desire to gain better knowledge of Izasa Medical’s products and solutions to the entire commercial network. Has a deep knowledge of the market and the competition. Keeps this information updated to engage and reinforce good communication with Clients.Establishes relations with customers based on trust and confidence.Communication: Maintains professional and technical knowledge about the product lines and the market.
