Scaled Customer Success - AEC Industry Advisor - France & BeNeLuxJoin Autodesk's Scaled Customer Success team, where we create impactful experiences for our customers while supporting improved revenue and overall company growth. As we transform our business model, driving continuous adoption of our technology is key to success for both Autodesk and our customers.You will be part of the EMEA Scaled Customer Success team, supporting companies through the Onboard and Adopt lifecycle stages. Your role will be to help them achieve their business goals by maximizing the potential of Autodesk solutions.Our guiding principles are to be collaborative, foster a growth mindset, reimagine what is possible, and be unstoppable in our pursuit of impact and results. We build trust through every interaction and are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.ResponsibilitiesProactively engage with customers through outbound calls, emails, and meetings, leveraging industry-specific knowledge. Interact with various personas within customer organizations, from IT staff to C-level executivesEstablish and execute onboarding and adoption strategies to increase customer value. Monitor customer usage data and other health indicators, and translate these into a customer success engagement approach to increase Autodesk product usage and adoptionIdentify and engage with at-risk accounts using strong discovery and consultative skills to mitigate risk and realign them to successExpand and grow Autodesk's existing customer portfolio by identifying opportunities for new business developmentCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Channel Partners, Support, and other Autodesk stakeholders to drive customer milestonesMinimum QualificationsProfessional working proficiency in French Knowledge of Dutch is considered an assetRelevant experience or education in the Architecture and Construction industryStrong communication skills such as relationship building, interpersonal skills, empathy, active listening, influencing and negotiating, objection handling and storytellingProficiency or familiarity in the following skills: time management, account management, business acumen, problem solving, data analytics, strategic thinking, and planningAbility to drive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder managementAI savviness is a plusExperience working in diverse teams and a commitment to fostering an inclusive workplaceWelcome to Autodesk Amazing things are created every day with our software – from the greenest buildings and cleanest cars to the smartest factories and biggest hit movies.
