As SD you will be responsible for building, maintaining and managing the SaaS sales strategy & team of the company.ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will:Be responsible for the company's sales and revenue forecasting.Design and manage the SaaS business development strategy.Manage the Sales Team (Key Account Managers and Sales Development Representatives) developing, motivating and retaining them.Implement a business development plan collaborating with other company departments.Generate leads directly and through partners.Close deals with potential customers.Establish, develop, and maintain a channel of partners.Work with Marketing and Product teams to improve customer acquisition and retention.Identify new business and revenue opportunities in different verticals.Build productive and profitable working relationships with partners.Oversee partner rewards and recognition programs.Schedule and execute partner reviews.QualificationsProfessional skills:Strong knowledge about SaaS business.Ability and aptitude to demonstrate the solution in detail on a daily basis.Ability to build strong personal relationships with customers and partners.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, through email and via telephone in English and Spanish.
