Coordinator / Senior Coordinator, Project Services - Laboratories (Remote - East Coast)

Experteer Overview In this role you manage laboratory aspects of clinical trial projects from startup to closeout, partnering with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to keep work on track and high quality. You will be the primary laboratory liaison with clients, coordinating activities, tracking readiness, and escalating risks with mitigation plans. You balance multiple pharma accounts in a fast-paced, remote environment while maintaining organized records and adherence to procedures. • Support study startup activities and readiness tracking
• Coordinate day-to-day lab project activities to meet timelines and client expectations
• Act as point of contact for assigned clients throughout study lifecycle
• Monitor status, identify risks, and escalate with mitigation actions

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 1 year of experience supporting clinical trial or laboratory operations projects
• Proficiency with project tracking and documentation tools (MS Office/Excel, project trackers)
• Proficiency in English
