Claims Manager ES – InShared InShared is an online insurer that uses smart technology to make insurance simple, fast and fair. We are expanding internationally and need a resilient, self‑starting Claims Manager Spain to optimize our claims handling across Spain and maintain consistent quality alongside our Dutch partner. Responsibilities Daily operational contact with DEKRA, building a trust‑based relationship and monitoring quality compliance. Optimize claims processes to improve customer satisfaction. Develop and implement guidelines aligned with Dutch procedures. Ensure transparency and fairness in claims processing. Define strategies for major claims, evaluating financial impacts aligned with business objectives. Build up claims reserves, assessing financial risks and obligations. Manage payment processes and approve payments for accurate financial transactions. Qualifications At least 8 years of claims handling experience in the Spanish insurance industry. Relevant studies or training in motor or P&C insurance. In‑depth knowledge of Spanish insurance law. Experience in vendor management. Strong communication and negotiation skills in an international context. Willingness to travel between the Netherlands and Spain. Excellent Spanish and English (written and spoken).
