A resilient, self‑starting and experienced Claims Manager who will play a crucial role within the company when it comes to optimizing our claims handling across Spain. Then we are looking for you as our new Claims Manager Spain. As Claim Manager Spain at InShared, you will be part of a growing company with a start‑up character, where you will play a central role in ensuring consistent claims handling between InShared Netherlands and Spain. As an important member of our Claims & Services management team, you will be responsible for the content management of Spanish claims handling, which is carried out by our external partner DEKRA. Your tasks will include: You will be in daily operational contact with DEKRA, with the focus on building a relationship based on trust. You will be the primary contact person for questions and concerns. Together, you will monitor compliance with quality guidelines and carefully assess each claim to maintain our high standards. You will optimize processes to improve claims handling and ensure customer satisfaction. You will develop and implement guidelines that are consistent with our Dutch processes. You ensure transparency and fairness in claims processing. You will decide on strategies for handling major claims and assess their financial impact in order to make informed decisions in line with our business objectives.
