Our client has been expanding rapidly, and we're supporting them in hiring a Claims and Administration Manager to oversee claims processes and administrative functions for projects across the continent, with a strong focus on Iberia.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing insurance claims end-to-end, including liaising with brokers and insurers
- Coordinating contract administration and maintaining documentation for energy projects
- Supporting with invoice follow-ups and other general administrative duties
- Collaborating with colleagues across Europe to ensure seamless handling of operational tasks
- Providing insights and recommendations to improve claims processes and risk management
- Travelling occasionally within Europe as required
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Solid experience in insurance and claims management, ideally within an international or multi-site environment
- Strong understanding of how insurance processes work, including broker interaction
- Excellent organisational skills and a hands-on approach to administration
- Full professional fluency in Spanish and English; French is a plus
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, growing business
- Available for a 6-month contract, with potential for extension
