We are InShared: an online insurer that does everything just a little differently. We started as a disruptor in the Dutch insurance world. We use smart technology to make our insurance services simple, fast and fair. Our goal is to build the best digital insurance product in the world. A resilient, self‑starting and experienced Claims Manager who will play a crucial role within the company when it comes to optimizing our claims handling across Spain. Then we are looking for you as our new Claims Manager Spain. As Claim Manager Spain at InShared, you will be part of a growing company with a start‑up character, where you will play a central role in ensuring consistent claims handling between InShared Netherlands and Spain. As an important member of our Claims & Services management team, you will be responsible for the content management of Spanish claims handling, which is carried out by our external partner DEKRA. Together, you will monitor compliance with quality guidelines and carefully assess each claim to maintain our high standards. You will develop and implement guidelines that are consistent with our Dutch processes. At least 8 years of experience in claims handling in the Spanish insurance industry Relevant insurance‑related studies or training in motor insurance and/or P&C insurance In‑depth knowledge of Spanish law, especially in the insurance sector Very good Spanish and English skills (written and spoken) You will work hybrid – partly from home and occasionally on site in the Netherlands in a cozy office in the middle of the forest with a restaurant (plus a sunny terrace in summer) You will be part of InShared's Claims team as well as the team focused on the Spanish market.
