Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and track shipments from origin to destination, ensuring on-time delivery.
Manage carrier relationships, negotiate rates, and monitor performance metrics.
Process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs forms if applicable.
Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners to resolve logistical issues promptly.
Utilize logistics software and systems to plan, organize, and optimize transportation routes and schedules.
RequirementsProven experience in logistics coordination,supply chain management, or a related field.
Proficiency with logistics software andtransportation management systems(TMS).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in aremote setting.
Strong understanding of transportation regulations and best practices.
