At ING we are looking for Business Control PartnerYour role and work environment:We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Business Control Partner to join our Business Control Office Team of Operational Design, Control, Resilience and Facilities Center of Expertise (CoE)The Center of Excellence for Business Control, Resilience and Processes Management’s purpose is to support Wholesale & Retail ING Bank Spain and Portugal units from the first line of defense (hereafter: 1 LoD) on control this environment both effectively and efficiently, based on applicable requirements derived from national and international laws and regulations as well as from ING Bank Policies. All this while designing digital and sustainable processes.ING Enterprise Risk Management Framework, when covering Non-Financial Risks (NFRs) from 1LoD covers: Control, Processing, Unauthorized Access, Employment Practices, Personal & Physical Security, IT, Continuity, Fraud and Compliance.The role intended to be covered by this offer will be focused on non-financial risks derived from Compliance and Operational ambits excluding IT & Security related frameworks, nevertheless, as ING is leading the digitalization of the banking industry, position will be influenced by how financial digital processes relate with NFRs. Work environment is deeply internationally in the day to day.Your key responsibilities:As a Business Control Partner you will:Advocates, advises, supports, coordinates, follows up the design, implementation and assurance of controls to meet regulation and policy requirements risk-based, by business owners;Coordinates the definition and execution of Test Monitoring Plans for the key controls that are part of the regular processes; based on the Compliance Chart (managed and updated by Compliance Risk Management in 2 LoD). Test Plans include Test of Design (TOD) and Test of operating Effectiveness (TOE), following the Non-Financial Risk Framework Monitoring & Quality Assurance Procedures;Identifies opportunities and follows up on actions to digitalize and/or optimize processes and tasks;Prepares reports as deemed necessary;Coordinates and agrees with 1LoD business management and 2LoD as deemed necessary to meet the abovementioned activities.What are we looking for?Want to know if this job is made for you? El entorno laboral está profundamente internacionalizado en el día a día.Sus principales responsabilidades:Como Socio de Control de Negocios, usted:Promueve, asesora, apoya, coordina, da seguimiento al diseño, la implementación y la garantía de controles para cumplir con los requisitos de regulación y política basados en el riesgo, por parte de los propietarios de negocios;Coordina la definición y ejecución de los Planes de Monitoreo de Pruebas para los controles clave que forman parte de los procesos regulares; basado en el Gráfico de Cumplimiento (gestionado y actualizado por Gestión de Riesgos de Cumplimiento en 2 LoD).
