In this role, you will lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives across NPC, Sensors & Cartridges, and External Manufacturing portfolios to deliver value and ensure supply of life-saving diagnostics. You will mentor a team of Sourcing Managers and advise executive leadership, driving global sourcing excellence and compliant contracting. You’ll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize processes, resolve bottlenecks, and advance CSR initiatives. This is a high-impact, global role at Roche's DOP with a strong focus on digital transformation and supplier collaboration.
Responsabilidades- Drive global sourcing and contracting excellence to deliver savings and value
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities (RfIs, RfQs, RfPs) and benchmarking with NPI teams
- Set up and manage high-complexity contracts (MSAs) and purchasing documentation
- Provide SME leadership to simplify workflows and ensure compliance with global policies
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable to remove supplier-related bottlenecks and drive CSR initiatives (diversity, sustainability, ethics)
- Manage conflicts and provide regular updates to the CoE Leadership Team and DPLT
- Mentor junior team members across multiple locations and maintain cross-functional alignment
- University degree (Business or Life Sciences preferred)
- 5-7+ years in sourcing and end-to-end contract management
- Proven track record in cost-reduction and value-improvement programs
- Deep knowledge of global supplier landscape and direct procurement categories (NPC, Sensor tech, Cartridge production, EM/CMOs, Engineering services, Capex, Logistics)
- Strong ERP experience (SAP) and P2P workflows; familiarity with eSourcing/eAuction and BI tools (Tableau, ThoughtSpot)
- English fluency; optional Spanish or German is a plus
- AI application knowledge and interest in digital transformation (Digital 2.0 / Industry 4.0)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
- Global leadership experience with remote teams and strong cultural intelligence
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical problem-solver with attention to detail
