Prepare and assemble components to create finished products. Operate machinery and equipment used in the assembly process. Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Identify and report any issues or defects in the production process. Maintain productivity, quality, safety and delivery standards. Qualifications & Competencies Experience: Assembly, testing and operating machinery in manufacturing. Skill: Mechanical abilities and a high level of precision. Competency: Read and interpret technical drawings and instructions; general reading, writing and arithmetic skills. Competency: Detail‑oriented and able to maintain a high level of precision and accuracy. Action oriented: Enjoys working hard; action oriented and full of energy for challenging tasks; not fearful of acting with a minimum of planning; seizes opportunities when they arise.
