Summary As a Customer Success Engineer, you will help ensure customer satisfaction and health, strengthening the ongoing relationship by providing top-quality technical services, ensuring renewals, and increasing sales for existing customers. Your Responsibilities Accountability for ongoing value delivered successful implementation. Customer key point of contact for all technical aspects including onboarding, methodology consultancy and best practices. Trusted advisor. Build strong and positive relationships with clients at various levels. Serve as the key liaison for sales and management to ensure consistent customer satisfaction. Provide status and service reports to recommend next steps to management. Setup customer’s cloud environment to match their needs. Travel to customer premises to ensure successful RFID PoC. Act as the voice of customer within the company. Your Experience, Education, And Skills An Engineering Bachelor’s Degree. Ideally Telecommunications or Computer Science. Knowledge of computer networks. A clear understanding of IP networks. 2+ years experience in customer-facing roles in a tech company. Highly interested in the Retail sector. Knowledge and experience in RFID technology is highly preferred. Problem‑solving capacity to find customer solutions. Strong customer focus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English. Fluent in Spanish/Catalan. Willing to travel globally (10% of time).
