We believe that treating others with fairness and dignity is the rain that helps them grow and be fruitful.Position : Inside Sales RepresentativeLocation : Valencia, SpainEmployment type : Full-timeWork model : on-siteDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :Provide expert assistance to the list of clients and partners using a consultative approach to account managementCreate the business environment for sustained growth on the accountDevelop and maintain the relationship within the account to maintain long-term visibility of strategy, plans and competitor activityResearch new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accountsPrepare commercial and technical service proposalsFocus on driving profitability through proactive managementExecute and achieve sales quota and targetsTrack, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to the sales pipelineRespond to incoming customer or partner calls.REQUIREMENTS :Native / fluent in German, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)Previous experience in B2B sales environmentPrior experience working in a channel environmentEnergetic and motivated self-starter, capable of achieving the targets setExcellent communication skills, with the ability to emphasize and persuadeComfortable communicating using various channels (primarily telephone)Resourceful and stress-resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situationsAbility to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in a timely mannerAbility to work independently, while being a team player at the same timeSales-oriented mindset.BENEFITS :Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performanceA dynamic and creative team with a positive and friendly atmosphereRelocation supportGuidance and tools to reach your full potentialIndefinite contractFull-time contract, 39 hours / week : Monday to Friday 09 AM - 06 PMFully paid training about the company and the project you will be working onCareer development program and specialized courses.
