Job SummaryWe are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide hybrid administrative support, handle clerical tasks, and ensure the smooth running of the office.Office required 1-2 days per week.Possible schedule : 9:30am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday.DutiesManage and coordinate office activities and operationsHandle incoming calls and correspondenceAssist in organizing and scheduling appointmentsMaintain electronic and hard copy filing systemUtilize software such as DocuSign, Microsoft Office Suite, and other office applicationsPerform basic proofreading tasksSupport staff with general operational tasksManage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessaryExperienceProficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other office softwareStrong computer literacy with knowledge of phone systemsPrevious experience in an administrative or clerical role is a plusExcellent organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks efficientlyExperience with calendar management and scheduling meetingsExpected hours : 20 to 25 per weekBenefits :Flexible scheduleSchedule :4 hour shift8 hour shiftChoose your own hoursDay shiftMonday to FridayNo nightsNo weekendsEducation :Associate (Required)Experience :Calendar management : 2 years (Required)Administrative experience : 2 years (Required)Language :English (Required)Ability to Commute :Northfield, NJ 08225 (Preferred)Ability to Relocate :Northfield, NJ 08225 : Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location : Hybrid remote in Northfield, NJ 08225
