Our team is made up of people of 112 nationalities and 78% of them are women.We are looking forTOTAL REWARDS, SENIOR SPECIALISTWHAT WOULD YOUR DAY TO DAY BE LIKE AT MANGO?Support Total Rewards related projects, including the development and/or re-design of existing/new programs and the design of fixed and variable compensation plans.Special attention to Retail Project among 37 countries.Support and update our compensation & benefits procedures.Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to determine compensation and benefits trends, and make recommendations for adjustments, improvements, or changes to the company's programs.Update information in current compensation & benefits tools: job catalog, salary scales & bands, job grading, etc.Support job analysis, including creating, reviewing, and updating job descriptions and assessing the job's value in the marketplace.Conduct compensation analyses to ensure staff are equitably paid within established salary ranges and participate in benchmarking efforts to recommend fair and equitable pay levels.Track core workforce KPIs with People Analytics, using data visualization & dashboarding tools to create monthly reporting.Support the maintenance of data integrity and quality across all HR Systems.Update the Organizational Chart and all company changes in HRIS systems.Support periodic HR processes such as employee management and compensation reviews with data, templates, reports, and insights.Generate ad hoc and on-demand reports related to Headcount, compensation, benefits, KPIs, and other analytical reports related to core cycle people planning, to be presented to different stakeholders.Experience with HR analytics and generating valuable HR insights through reports and dashboards.Prepare user guides, maintain them, and train users.Configure, launch, and follow up on key HR processes.Participate in HR technology initiatives by assisting with business requirement gathering, business process review, project management, testing, training, documentation development, communication, and business configuration.WHAT ARE WE EXPECTING FROM YOU?Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Finance.More than 3 years of experience in a Total Rewards department.Knowledge and experience in Total Rewards structures design, process improvement, and KPIs.Advanced user of Excel & PowerPoint.Previous experience in a scale-up company and/or multinational company environment is highly valued.High level of English; other languages are valuable.Resilient, agile, and able to adapt to change while meeting expected objectives and deadlines.Highly organized and able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment.WHAT MAKES US SPECIALFlexible schedule (from 8:00/9:30 a.m. until 5:00/6:30 p.m.), intensive shift on Fridays (from 8:00/9:00 a.m. until 2:00/3:00 p.m.) and most bank holidays.Flexible Work Model: combination of working from home and from the office.Discount on all our lines (Woman, Man, Kids, Teen & Home) and an invitation to our sample market to renew your wardrobe twice a year.Canteen and kitchen service at the head office; the company subsidizes part of the daily menu and all cafeteria products.Flexible remuneration with tax advantages: medical insurance, training, canteen discount, childcare, etc.Free company transport from Barcelona and Vallés.Constant development opportunities with a variety of themes that generate on-the-job learning and specific courses depending on your needs.Workshops, meetups, practice communities, team-building events, and company meetings on digital transformation, fashion, and other team activities.In-house medical service, physiotherapy service once a week, fitness room, and changing rooms at our headquarters.You will be part of a leading company in the fashion industry, dynamic, innovative, and committed to sustainability, fostering an inspiring and ambitious work environment.You got it?We like you
