Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service at our bar area, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all attendees.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve beverages, ensure all drinks are presented in an appealing and creative manner, aligning with the theme of the party.
Greet parents and children warmly, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area.
Responsible for maintaining a secure cash register and handling transactions accurately.
Collaborate with party organizers and other staff members to ensure smooth coordination during the event.
Assist in setting up the bar area and maintaining its attractiveness throughout the party.
Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a family-oriented or children's entertainment environment.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to interact with children and parents with patience and enthusiasm.
Knowledge of creative presentation techniques, also for basic food orders.
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations in a busy party environment.
Responsible, flexible and reliable, with a strong sense of professionalism and ethics.
Fluent Spanish and English, Catalan is a plus
Working Hours
Part-time positions, primarily during the week from 16.00 - 22.00 or weekend shift between 09.00 - 21.00: coinciding with the timing of children's birthday parties.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
Work Location: In person
