Location & Working ArrangementsAs a member of our team in theEY GDS Spain office in Malaga under a hybrid system (two times per week in the office), you will collaborate closely with other teams, supporting strategic consulting engagements, technology transformation initiatives, and business development opportunities. This is a high-level consulting role that requires strong business acumen, broad technology understanding, and the ability to engage confidently with C-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support IT strategy and technology consulting engagements across a variety of industries.
Participate in business development, sales, and pre-sales activities, helping shape proposals and client solutions.
Understand client needs and translate business challenges into technology-enabled recommendations and transformation roadmaps.
Advise clients on areas such as IT strategy, operating models, technology governance, and application landscapes.
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design integrated solutions that align business objectives with technology capabilities.
Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

To qualify for the role, you must have10+ years of experience within a Big Four, consulting firm, or technology advisory environment.
Proven experience in IT Strategy, Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, or Technology Advisory.
Experience supporting or leading pre-sales, proposal development, business development, or commercial activities.
Strong experience engaging with senior client stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
Broad understanding of technology architecture, IT operating models, and business technology alignment.
Experience working across large and complex transformation portfolios.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Ideally, you’ll also haveIntermediate or advanced level of French or German.
Experience within industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Consumer Products, or other complex enterprise environments.
Exposure to Enterprise Architecture, Technology Strategy, Vendor Strategy, or Technology Operating Models.
Experience working in international consulting environments.
Relevant technology or consulting certifications.
