Join our team of 18,500 talented professionals spreading across 73 countries and contribute to our diverse range of major wine and spirits categories.At Pernod Ricard, we are "créateurs de convivialité," dedicated to transforming every social interaction into an authentic, friendly, and responsible experience.You will support the Service Delivery Team by being on site at the IT bar.You will be the on-site representation of the Tech Success Directors (coaches end-users on new software or devices) and the Service Management team (ensure correct implementation of incident, change, and problem processes).You will ensure the correct functioning of technical equipment and report service delivery performance to the Service Delivery Manager.Your key missions:Part of the IT Bar, support the Service Desk in the on-site resolution of incidents (repair or replace parts, debugging…)Execute end-user coaching to familiarize local users with devices and the usage of collaboration tools to facilitate adoptionEnsure the technical efficiency (network, devices, software) of the buildingConsolidate some reporting KPI to report to the Service Delivery ManagerSet up workstations with computers and necessary peripherals (routers, printers, etc.)Verify operation of computer hardware (hard drive, mouse, keyboards, etc.)Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specificationsDevelop and maintain local area networks to optimize performanceMaintain records/logs of repairs and maintenance scheduleIdentify on-site computer or network equipment shortages and place ordersIf you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to applyExperience in resolving L0/L1/L2 incidentsAbility to be customer-orientedAbility to solve problems effectively & efficientlyAbility to manage knowledge and ensure knowledge sharingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be proactiveJob Posting End Date: 2024-12-09Target Hire Date: 2024-12-16Target End Date: 2025-12-15About UsPernod Ricard is the No.2 worldwide producer of wines and spirits with consolidated sales of €8,448 million in FY20.Created in 1975 by the merger of Ricard and Pernod, the Group has developed through organic growth and acquisitions: Seagram (2001), Allied Domecq (2005) and Vin&Sprit (2008).
