El Regional Business Manager es la persona del Departamento de Ventas encargado de asegurar que los resultados de la región (Madrid) alcanzan los objetivos establecidos.
Principales responsabilidades
Conjuntamente a la dirección comercial deberá definir la estrategia Regional de clientes.
Animación comercial en la zona con acciones en tiendas, eventos, formaciones grandes clientes, etc.
Desarrollo y seguimiento de la estrategia en cada HUB o tienda.
Monitorización de resultados y visitas semanales de seguimiento a tienda / HUB.
Desarrollo del equipo B2B, formación y acompañamiento en la gestión con clientes.
Asegurar el crecimiento de la cartera de clientes con búsqueda de clientes foco.
Desarrollar y hacer seguimiento en los clientes estratégicos.
Animación de la experiencia B2B en las tiendas.
Tu perfil
Experiencia mínima de 5 años en venta a empresas, preferentemente en el sector tecnológico.
Experiencia mínima de 2 años en gestión de equipos de ventas demostrable.
Grado en Empresariales, Económicas, Administración de Empresas o similar combinado con experiencia en posiciones similares.
Conocimiento en desarrollo de clientes B2B.
Valorables conocimientos en herramientas de BI.
Valorables conocimientos en herramientas CRM.
Office medio.
Inglés medio a nivel conversación y escrito.
Habilidad para construir y desarrollar planes estratégicos.
Conocimiento y visión de negocio.
Capacidad para la negociación.
Organización y planificación.
Trabajo en equipo.
