Across 65 cities in 40 countries, we work alongside our clients as one team with a shared ambition to achieve extraordinary results, outperform the competition, and redefine industries.WHO YOU'LL WORK WITHYou will join our ERP team within our Enterprise Technology practice, serving end-to-end ERP transformation for our priority clients.WHAT YOU'LL DOMissionImplement Make to Deliver processes in S/4, understanding the process end-to-end.Deliver client excellence through new manufacturing and logistics-related ERP insights.Contribute to preparation and presentation of manufacturing and logistics capabilities for major ERP proposals.Essential functionsParticipate in end-to-end transformation projects focused on manufacturing and logistics specific ERP planning.Serve as a subject matter expert for clients, offering profound knowledge of the application.Plan, execute, and manage quantitative and qualitative analyses of business processes.Prepare and finalize project deliverables, including reports and workshop materials.Engage in project and program management activities.Implement focused change management strategies to ensure stakeholder buy-in.ABOUT YOUEducationRequired: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business administration, information technology, or related fields.Preferred: Courses in supply chain management, and operations and management science.ExperienceExperience deploying S4 Hana in many S4 rollouts focusing on PP or MM modules.10 years of technology experience, including 8+ years in ERP/SAP transformation.Successful track record of managing senior client relationships.Experience with Consumer Products and/or life sciences.Fluency in English (written and spoken).Knowledge, skills and abilitiesDeep process expertise in Planning/S&OP.Experience with client relationship management.Ability to make and drive a plan, prepare workshops, and drive client alignment.4+ years of experience in ERP transformation programs.Ability to use data analytics and business intelligence tools.Familiarity with methods and frameworks, including lean, Six Sigma, or agile.Ability to implement tests and simulations within ERP systems.Familiarity with change management techniques.Willingness to travel abroad as needed.Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.Effective leadership skills to manage a small team of junior analysts.What makes us a great place to workWe are proud to be consistently recognized as one of the world's best places to work, a champion of diversity, and a model of social responsibility.
