JOB LOCATION AND SCHEDULE: CITENI, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 14:00 / 16:00 to 18:00 Tasks to be performed and purpose of the contract Research related to offshore wind energy and co-activities, including feasibility indicators. Creation of interactive maps or tables to identify relevant factors and entities. Generation of reports on projects, experimental phases, constraints, and co-activity models in the floating offshore wind sector. Development of guidelines and recommendations on inter-sector cooperation, pilot project development, results dissemination, and organization of sector forums. The contract will be for a defined duration, in accordance with applicable legislation, the end of which is scheduled for 31 December 2027. General requirements Every applicant must comply with the following requirements within the application submission period and maintain them during the validity of the contract: Have Spanish nationality or any other nationality to which State regulations attribute equal rights for employment purposes in the Public Administration. Have the required qualification and meet the other requirements indicated in the call. Have turned sixteen years of age and have not exceeded, where applicable, the maximum age for forced retirement. Possess the functional capacity necessary to perform the corresponding functions or tasks described in the report. Not having been separated through disciplinary proceedings from the service of any Public Administration or from the constitutional or statutory bodies of the Autonomous Communities, nor being in a situation of absolute or special disqualification for employment or public office by court order, to access the body or public official level or to perform functions similar to those performed, in which said person has been separated or disqualified. In the case of being a national of another State, the applicant must not be disqualified or in an equivalent situation, nor have had a disciplinary sanction or equivalent that prevents, in his or her State, under the same terms, access to public employment. The hiring of foreigners from non‑EU countries, for the sole purpose of carrying out research or technical tasks, will require the presentation, at the time of signing the contract, of the residence and work authorization or accreditation of the concurrence of the cause of exception of said authorization, in accordance with Organic Law 4/2000, of January 11, on the rights and freedoms of foreigners in Spain, and their social integration and applicable regulatory provisions. Qualification required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Additional Information Eligibility criteria Selection criteria Having completed a degree or master's degree in the field of Engineering and in the field of education will be positively valued. Likewise, previous experience in the following will be positively valued: Development of research activities in the field of renewable energies. Development of research activities in the field of GIS development. Communication activities in industry forums. The merits claimed by the participants will have to be documented and fulfilled by the end of the application submission period. Only merits related to the profile of the place will be valued. The place will be vacated if no candidate reaches a minimum of 30 points according to the following scale. Candidates who score over 30 points, excluding the personal interview score, will form the waiting list. The following criteria are used to calculate the score (maximum available points are indicated in parentheses): Qualification required – the average grade (Royal Decree 1125/2003) of the degree required to qualify for the position will be evaluated, up to 30 points, according to the following scale and a linear interpolation for grades that are not integers: P = 5 × max{0,C‑4} (C in 0‑10). If the degree belongs to the field of Engineering, it will be fully valued. If it belongs to any other field, it will be valued with 5% of the qualification obtained according to its average grade. English level – C2: 20 points, C1: 15 points, B2: 10 points. Additional specific training related to the specific profile – up to 25 points: Master’s degree related to the profile – up to 10 points, according to the average grade of the academic record. Master’s final project related to the profile – up to 10 points. Courses related to the position profile – 1 point for every 100 hours, up to 5 points. Specific experience (previous positions, R&D projects, etc.) related to the specific profile for which you are applying – 15 points: Experience in previous positions related to the purpose of the contract – 5 points per year up to 10 points. Previous experience in the development of R&D projects in the field of the contract – 5 points for a European project, 4 for a state project and 3 for a regional project (up to 10 points). Experience in scientific publications and research production related to the subject of the contract – up to 10 points: Only published articles in JCR magazines are valued (5 points per Q1 article, 4 for Q2, 2 for Q3, 1 for Q4). Personal interview – suitability of the curriculum vitae to the job position will be assessed. Up to 20 points. The three candidates with the highest scores in the previous items will be interviewed. Failure to appear at the interview will cause exclusion of the summoned candidate. Candidates will be called for the interview at least 48 hours in advance.
