Diseñar, coordinar e impulsar la estrategia de Formación y Desarrollo, asegurando que las personas cuenten con los conocimientos, competencias y herramientas necesarias para crecer profesionalmente y acompañar la evolución del negocio a nivel internacional. Principales responsabilidades Detectar necesidades formativas a través de entrevistas, reuniones con managers, análisis de desempeño y datos del negocio, identificando gaps de competencias y proponiendo soluciones alineadas con la estrategia. Diseñar el plan anual de formación y acciones específicas (formación técnica, soft skills, onboarding, liderazgo, etc.), elaborando contenidos, guías y materiales cuando sea necesario y seleccionando proveedores externos. Programar, convocar y coordinar las acciones formativas internas y externas, gestionando inscripciones, logística, plataformas, seguimiento de asistencia y comunicación. Evaluar las acciones de formación, elaborando informes de impacto, participación y satisfacción, e identificando áreas de mejora continua. Liderar la implantación y evolución del modelo de desarrollo y crecimiento, así como de las herramientas HRIS que lo soportan. Dar soporte a programas individualizados de mentoring, coaching y planes de carrera, así como participar en proyectos de cultura, clima, liderazgo y performance. Elaborar y mantener actualizada la Guía de Bienvenida (Employee Manual) para los distintos países. Participar en acciones de employer branding y análisis del mercado de talento, identificando perfiles y tendencias relevantes para la evolución de la compañía. Gestionar el presupuesto de formación y coordinar la bonificación a través de FUNDAE. Se ofrece : Incorporación a una empresa innovadora y en crecimiento, con proyectos de alcance internacional. REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS: Se valorará : Formación universitaria en Psicología, Pedagogía, ADE o similar. Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en posiciones similares, con foco en Formación y Desarrollo. Conocimientos en el uso y/o implantación de HRIS, especialmente vinculados a planes de desarrollo, formación o performance. Nivel avanzado de Inglés.
