This is a hands-on role where you'll create compelling content and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive visibility and generate demand. You'll work in a hybrid model from our modern office at DFactory Barcelona, collaborating with international colleagues and supporting Sales to turn ideas into measurable results. Spanish will be your daily working language, while strong English skills are essential for cross-team collaboration and selected content assets. Skills 4+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience (software services, SaaS, tech consulting, or B2B tech agency). Proven track record in creating high-quality B2B content (Spanish daily; English for collaboration and selected assets). Practical experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (email marketing, segmentation, workflows). Strong collaboration with Sales and understanding of B2B commercial cycles (handover, nurturing, pipeline). Excellent writing and editing skills: able to simplify complex topics into clear messaging. Highly organised, reliable, and comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders. Performance mindset: KPIs, data-driven improvements. Proactive, hands-on ownership.
