As a Senior Global Trial Manager at IQVIA, you will lead multi-regional clinical trials to accelerate bringing new drugs to market. You’ll ensure regulatory-compliant clinical delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and optimize recruitment, quality, and finances. The role focuses on delivering high-impact trials while partnering with internal and external stakeholders to drive patient outcomes and research transformation. - Ensure clinical delivery in compliance with regulatory requirements, contracts, and SOPs
- Meet recruitment targets and develop recruitment strategies
- Contribute to risk mitigation plans and manage risks through the project lifecycle
- Ensure quality delivery by planning compliance measures and addressing quality issues
- Manage project finances, including Estimate at Completion (EAC) and identify opportunities
- Lead clinical teams to deliver large, global trials and manage stakeholders
- Support milestone achievements and reporting per scope
- Manage the clinical team at project level (resourcing, talent planning, training)
- Travel up to 25%
- Bachelor's Degree in health care or other scientific discipline
- 7 years of clinical research/monitoring experience including at least 5 years in clinical project management (CRA setting preferred)
- Consolidated knowledge of project management practices and terminology
- Good knowledge of regulatory requirements (GCP, ICH)
- Proven experience leading Global Trials independently
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Problem-solving and prioritization abilities
- Attention to detail with a results-oriented approach
