We’re Hiring: Back Office Specialist SEnra Estaños y Soldaduras At Senra Estaños y Soldaduras , a leading company in the manufacturing and distribution of tin and soldering solutions, we are looking for a Back Office Specialist to join our team and support our commercial and administrative operations. Key Responsibilities Administrative and operational support to the sales team Order processing, follow‑up, and customer coordination Daily communication with international clients and suppliers Data entry, documentation management, and reporting Support in invoicing and logistics processes Requirements Previous experience in a similar back office or administrative role Advanced level of English (mandatory) – daily use in written and spoken communication Spanish proficiency is required; other languages are a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Good command of Office tools (ERP systems are a plus) Ability to work in a structured and fast‑paced environment Office based in Ourense What We Offer Stable position in a solid and growing industrial company Professional and collaborative work environment Long‑term career development opportunities Entry level salary 20K+ Commissions OTE 24K If you are looking for a role where you can use your advanced English skills on a daily basis and grow in an international environment, we would love to hear from you.
