, a leading company in the manufacturing and distribution of tin and soldering solutions, we are looking for a
Back Office Specialist
to join our team and support our commercial and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative and operational support to the sales team
Order processing, follow-up, and customer coordination
Daily communication with international clients and suppliers
Data entry, documentation management, and reporting
Support in invoicing and logistics processes
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar back office or administrative role
Advanced level of English (mandatory)
– daily use in written and spoken communication
Spanish proficiency is required; other languages are a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good command of Office tools (ERP systems are a plus)
Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment
