It (Senior) Consultant - Sap Successfactors Suite (M/W/D) - Schwarz Gruppe - Barcelona, Cataluña, Spain

In this role you will manage and optimize the SAP SuccessFactors platform to support global HR processes within Schwarz Group. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform stability, integrate SuccessFactors with SAP ERP and other systems, and extend BTP services. You’ll translate complex tech into actionable documentation and training, shaping scalable HR IT solutions in a dynamic retail tech environment. This position offers a meaningful impact on how people data and processes are managed at scale, with opportunities to enhance security and architecture. • Technical administration and ongoing development of SAP SuccessFactors
• Configure and optimize platform functions, workflows and authorizations
• Ensure platform stability via monitoring, troubleshooting and performance tuning
• Analyze and optimize IT architecture for SuccessFactors implementations and integrations
• Integrate SuccessFactors with other systems using middleware and APIs
• Support development of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services
• Create and maintain technical documentation and provide training to internal teams
• Completed degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors administration (e.g. EC, REC, P&G)
• Good knowledge of IT architecture, network technologies and security concepts (SSO, encryption, access control)
• Experience with IT security standards and their practical implementation
• Desirable: knowledge of SAP BTP and integration options (SAP Integration Suite, APIs, middleware)
• Analytical thinking and ability to understand and optimize complex system relationships
• Strong communication skills and fluent English; German is a plus
