You will design and execute capacity plans for vendor hiring at scale, guiding cross-functional teams through data-driven decisions. In this role, you’ll influence timelines, optimize vendor performance, and pioneer new processes for emerging service lines. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to align capacity with customer demand, contributing to cost efficiencies and quality at scale in Amazon’s translation ecosystem. This is a hands-on, collaborative role with a clear impact on operational excellence.
