Atendido a nuestro continuo crecimiento y expansión, deseamos incorporar en nuestro equipo uno/a Digital Workplace Services Consultant para llevar a cabo las siguientes funciones:
**FUNCIONES ESPECÍFICAS**:

- Evaluación de necesidades de clientes en torno al lugar de usuario.
- Administración de puesto de trabajo de usuario, gestión de usuarios, generación de scripts, control remoto y ejecución de tareas remotas.
- Evaluación de incidencias de usuario con diferentes herramientas de ticketing.
- Analizar y evaluar la experiência de usuario de los sistemas.

**Requisitos**:

- Formación CFGM/CFGS o Grado en Tecnologías de la Información o similar.
- Experiência mínima indispensable de 5 años en administración de puesto de trabajo de usuario en entornos empresariales de más de 2000 usuarios.
- Experiência mínima indispensable de 5 años de herramientas de empaquetado de Apps.
- Conocimiento de Office, Citrix, Vmware, SCCM, AZURE y CRM.
- Conocimiento de herramientas MDM, Intune, WorkspaceOne o Knox.
- Nível avanzado de inglés, castellano y catalán (valorable otros idiomas).
- Valorable certificaciones en entornos VDI Microsoft/Citrix/VMware.
- Valorable conocimientos de Redes (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) y de lenguaje de scripting PowerShell, Python, etc.

En el caso de no cumplir con los requisitos establecidos, se valorarán otros aspectos del CV, como pueden ser experiência y/o formación y/o habilidades.
